Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

European Union & Switzerland Standard shipping: 5–10 business days Express shipping (where available): 2–5 business days

Worldwide (available from November 2026) Standard international shipping: 10–20 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and local customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU Orders) For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
